Côte d’Azur.
Five nights at Villa Higo in Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer. Ten guests, reformer mornings, and the sea through open shutters.

Villa Higo
Arrive one way. Leave another.
Originally a hotel, the villa is now an 800 m² retreat house set in three hectares of Provençal hillside. Twelve Balanced Body reformers sit on the ground floor, behind French doors that open to the sea, the harbour, and passing yachts.
Upstairs: twelve air-conditioned rooms, each with an ensuite, looking onto the Mediterranean or the gardens. Outside: a 15-metre pool framed by olive trees, and space for mat practice in the sun.
