The week

Move in the morning, wander in the afternoon.

1. Arrive

   Sun · Aug 29

   Wind along the coast from Nice as the sea comes into view. Drop your bags, pour something cold, and meet everyone for a sunset mat session by the pool as the sky turns pink over the islands. Our first dinner is long, candlelit and outdoors.

2. Settle

   Mon · Aug 30

   Your first reformer class, French doors thrown open to the sea breeze. Brunch lingers on the terrace. Then nothing is required of you: the pool, a book, or a short walk down to the turquoise water at Le Rayol. Dinner at the villa.

3. Sea

   Tue · Aug 31

   Move, then eat well. In the afternoon, slip into the clear, calm water of Domaine du Rayol for a guided snorkel over seagrass meadows and silver fish. You’ll come back salty, sun-warm and grinning. Dinner at the villa.

4. Slow

   Wed · Sep 1

   Class, then a wander through a Provençal market for peaches, lavender, cheese and linen. The afternoon is yours: nap by the pool, or head to Saint-Tropez or the islands on your own. We close the day with a slow stretch as the light goes gold.

5. Provence

   Thu · Sep 2

   One more class, then out to the vines for a Provence rosé tasting among the rows. That evening, a farewell dinner under the stars, full of the kind of laughter that only comes after a week like this.

6. Depart

   Fri · Sep 3

   A closing reformer flow, a last brunch together, and promises to do it again. Then back along the coast to Nice, rested and a little changed.
