Our approach draws from blue mind science, regenerative biology, and Pilates-based movement — not trends. Every experience is designed to leave the body stronger, the mind calmer, and the nervous system more regulated.

Kassandra Majesky
Kass is the founder of Everis and a movement educator whose career has never followed a straight line — which is exactly the point. A former finance transformation consultant and credit strategist, she brings the analytical rigor of a consulting background to the deeply embodied work of wellness. The result is a methodology grounded in blue mind science and regenerative biology, designed for people who want their wellness practice to be as intelligent as it is felt.
Internationally trained and multi-certified through NASM and AFAA, Kass is a recognized solidcore Pro Coach and Mommy & Me movement guide based in Fort Lauderdale. Her work explores what the ocean has always known about renewal — and how to bring that into the body, the room, and the retreat.
Everis is the culmination of that work: a luxury wellness methodology built for properties and people who refuse to separate excellence from ease.
