Guests arrive and are greeted with a marine‑inspired welcome sip (e.g., chlorophyll/spirulina water, coconut water, or sea‑salt lemonade). We gather in a casual barefoot circle for a brief introduction to Everis and the “move like water” theme, then drop into a short grounding breath with the sound of the waves. This opening embodies Elemental Connection and Inner Radiance while building a sense of community. (Indoors fallback: fountain/wave audio + guided visualization.)

8:30 – 9:30 AM: Embodied Movement — Ocean‑Flow Fitness

Led by two experienced yoga/Pilates instructors. A 60‑minute Pilates + flow yoga fusion focused on uniting body and breath (Pillar 1: Embodied Movement). Sun‑safe practice with shade/sunscreen/water breaks. Sand adds helpful instability for balance and intrinsic strength while remaining low‑impact. We close with a cool‑down and moment of stillness.

9:30 – 9:45 AM: Break — Hydration & Replenishment

Marine‑coded hydration station (mineral‑infused waters, coconut water, light juice), plus fruit/nuts/seaweed snacks. Soft ocean instrumentals and open mingling. Team sets up the next segment.

9:45 – 10:15 AM: Regenerative Science Micro‑Workshop

Short, accessible talk on the “immortal jellyfish” (Turritopsis dohrnii) and the idea of reverse development as a renewal metaphor. Touch on NAD+, cellular repair, and marine‑derived innovations.
